Practicing Yoga is about being tuned inward, feeling what you are feeling, getting out of our head, and living from inside.
In this way, we finally experience what is like to be myself, with myself and to know myself.
So today’s mantra, “Do not leave your body” and this needs lots of practice and self discipline.
Self discipline is the number one trait needed to accomplish goals, lead a healthy lifestyle, and ultimately, be happy. x
